Three people were injured Thursday in a crash in southwest Houston, according to police. The crash happened along Fondren Road just north of North Braeswood Boulevard, just after 2 p.m. Authorities said two vehicles -- a truck and a car -- were speeding down Fondren when they crashed into each other while trying to avoid another vehicle.
