After an incredible 40-year career with WTHR, meteorologist Chuck Lofton signed off 13Sunrise Friday morning. On Friday's broadcast, Indianapolis Motor Speedway and IndyCar President Doug Boles presented Chuck with one of the official bricks that was in the track when it was paved in 1909. Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett also declared June 6 "Chuck Lofton Day" in the City of Indianapolis.
