Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita is doubling down on what he calls "illegal" diversity, equity, and inclusion policies on Indiana college campuses. Rokita sent letters to administrators at DePauw and Butler universities, warning each institution may be violating federal and state civil rights laws with their DEI policies and practices.
