The man accused of killing a 1-year-old girl and dumping her body in a dresser in an abandoned Morgan County home has had his murder charge dropped.
Roan Waters, 28, pleaded guilty to three different neglect charges in the death of 1-year-old Oaklee Snow:
— Neglect of a dependent resulting in death
— Neglect of dependent that endangers the dependent
— Neglect of a dependent that abandons or cruelly confines the dependent
