While France is set to recognize the State of Palestine this Monday, the town hall of Saint-Denis, located in Seine-Saint-Denis, has already raised the Palestinian flag on its facade. This action comes despite warnings from the resigning Minister of the Interior, Bruno Retailleau, who had instructed prefects at the end of the week to uphold a "principle of neutrality of public services."
