In a Paris press conference, Noémie Kohler—sister of Cécile Kohler, who has been imprisoned in Iran since 2022—firmly rejected the 20 and 17-year sentences handed down to Cécile and Jacques. Declaring, "We do not recognize the validity of this judgment. Cécile and Jacques are innocent," Kohler concluded by demanding: "The Iranian authorities must release Cécile and Jacques immediately."
