A man was arrested on suspicion of murder after he called police and said he had fatally shot his common-law wife, Aurora Police said on Monday. Around 11:15 p.m. Sunday, Phill Atchue, 60, called 911 and reported that he had fatally shot his common-law wife in their apartment on South Ivory Circle, police said.
