Hector Vasquez was shot and killed outside his mechanic shop last week, and family members of the 35-year-old said they still haven't been contacted by authorities. Vasquez was on the phone at work when he was killed. Authorities said the gunman was William Lewis. They said he killed two other people before Vasquez and, after shooting Vasquez, shot and killed himself. Vasquez's family members said they're heartbroken and just want some answers as to why it happened.
