One of the many race week traditions is the Fastest Rookie Luncheon at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. This year, the fastest rookie in the field is the fastest driver overall. Robert Shwartzman won the pole for the 109th Indianapolis 500 on May 25 and was toasted — with milk, of course — at Tuesday's luncheon, put on by the American Dairy Association. That's why there was a live cow behind the Pagoda Tuesday. Shwartzman and his new Prema Racing team shocked everyone Sunday by winning the pole for the Indianapolis 500.
