Description
There's a new law set to go into effect this summer, requiring police departments across Indiana to change the way they do identification lineups.
The goal is to prevent people from being wrongfully convicted.
13News anchor/reporter Matthew Fultz spoke with an Indianapolis man who said he was wrongfully convicted after he said he was misidentified in a mugshot lineup.
