Chuck is highlighting his favorite places and organizations he has experienced during his 40 years with WTHR. A new class of ICAN service dogs graduated recently in a commencement service at Zionsville Town Hall. Dogs are partnered up with individuals with disabilities to help them navigate life and be a constant companion. In this class, there was also a facility dog that will help school children who need some comfort in difficult situations.
