The family of a Jennings County non-verbal second grader is planning to sue the school corporation after they say their 7-year-old was raped repeatedly by an older student on a school bus. Both the victim and the alleged rapist are juveniles and have not been publicly identified. A 15-year-old boy has been formally accused of rape in juvenile court by the Jennings County prosecutor.
