Ascension St. Vincent said Monday that some patient information was "likely stolen" from a former business partner that the health care group accidentally shared. In a statement April 28, Ascension said the incident impacted certain patient information from sites in five states, including Indiana. The company said the incident did not involve Ascension systems, networks or electronic health records.
