Alivia Brown is bubbly and excited kid, wanting to live a life of helping others.
"I can help stop crimes and just make the world a little bit comfortable," Alivia said.
Alivia has cystic fibrosis. This day is her chance to live out a dream. She wanted to use her Make-A-Wish to be a police officer.
