The battle over who the Trump administration can deport and who it can't —and what role the federal courts play in the process — is heating up. Lawyers for Kilmar Abrego Garcia argued in a federal court filing there is no evidence that anyone has requested the release of their client.
Meanwhile, Harvard University is fighting back after President Donald Trump threatened to freeze billions in federal funds if the school didn't meet some demands.
