Description
A Marion teen has admitted to shooting and killing a man while stealing his gun in 2024.
Zaiden Guy was just 13 years old at the time of the gas station shooting.
Guy says he shot and killed 24-year-old Byron Dennis Jr. inside a Circle K convenience store on the north side of Marion on March 11, 2024. Guy admitted in court Monday, April 14 that he had a gun in his sweatshirt and saw a gun in Dennis' pocket, then went into the store intending to steal Dennis' gun.
