IMPD is investigating after a woman was critically injured in a shooting on Indianapolis' east side early Saturday afternoon. The shooting was reported around 12:15 p.m. March 22 near the intersection of North Sherman Drive and East 25th Street. Responding officers located a female victim who was taken to a local hospital in critical condition, an IMPD spokesperson said.
