At least one person was injured when a pickup truck crashed through a tree and into a hair salon in Carmel Saturday morning. The crash was reported shortly before 9 a.m. March 22 at Salon Suites of West Carmel in the 10300 block of Commerce Drive, near North Michigan Road and 106th Street. A 13News crew at the scene saw a small tree had been ripped from the ground and a pickup truck had crashed through multiple windows and halfway into the building.
