Description
A Hamilton County man accused of murdering his wife has pleaded guilty in the case.
Joshua Farmer, of Noblesville, is accused of shooting Kaylah Ann Farmer multiple times at a Fishers gas station in June of 2023.
Kaylah was the mother of his three children, officials said.
In 2024, prosecutors in Hamilton County said the state would seek the death penalty. Prosecutor Greg Garrison had said he determined that filing for the death penalty in the case was appropriate.
