Description
The city is one step closer to having a new and permanent snow removal policy.
A proposal is headed to Indianapolis City-County Council after passing unanimously out of committee Thursday.
The Public Works Committee is recommending the council approve the plan. If that happens, motorists should see a big difference the next time we see heavy snow.
