A video showing ICE detaining two men from Honduras in Indianapolis is getting a lot of shares online. The arrest happened in February, near the intersection of West 29th Street and Interstate 65 on the near north side. Jannette Kennedy said it's hard to watch the video showing her friend, Jose Montoya Lopez, and his uncle, Amner Nunez Vasquez, get pulled over and yanked out of their vehicle by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). In the video, you can hear one of them say they are scared and ask why they're being pulled over.
