Description
A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed against Indianapolis on behalf of two kayakers who tragically died at Emrichsville Dam on the White River.
Yvette Ellis, the special administrator of the estate of the two kayakers who died, is suing the City of Indianapolis, the Indianapolis Parks and Recreation Department and the Indianapolis Department of Public Works for not properly warning kayakers that the Emrichsville Dam was a deadly hazard.
