"Dateline" gave WTHR exclusive access behind the scenes as it put together its Delphi murders episode called: "A Walk Through the Woods."
"Dateline" spoke with people at the center of this case including the family of Libby German, the prosecutor, the defense team, the chief investigator, the Carroll County sheriff — who was an investigator at the time of the murders, the former head of Indiana State Police as well as 13News reporter Emily Longnecker. She covered the case from the day the girls were found through the trial and sentencing in December.
NBC was in Delphi in the days right after the murders.
