An Indianapolis man said he "always loses IMPD" in car chases and had a "6-3" record against the police — that is, until he finally got caught. A Speedway Police Department officer was patrolling on North Lynhurst Drive, near West 16th Street and Crawfordsville Road, on Feb. 13 just after 1:30 a.m., when he saw a white Hyundai Elantra make multiple "unsafe lane movements."
