A man accused of fatally shooting two people and wounding four others inside a New Albany warehouse Tuesday night used a rideshare to leave the scene, avoiding officers who arrived minutes later, law enforcement officials revealed. The suspect, identified as 28-year-old Bruce Reginald Foster III, was arrested at a home on East 7th Avenue near the Short North Arts District sometime after 10 a.m. Wednesday, according to New Albany officials.
