Description
The Indiana Senate has passed a bill to offer grant money to Indiana sheriff's departments that sign agreements with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
Senate Bill 430 gives the Indiana Department of Homeland Security permission to offer federal grant money to sheriff's departments that sign 287(g) agreements with ICE.
