Description

A 62-year-old man was found dead Tuesday morning in a house fire on Indianapolis' northeast side, officials said. The fire was reported shortly before 9 a.m. Jan. 28 in the 4000 block of Alsace Place, near 38th Street and North Franklin Road. During their search of the home, firefighters found the man, who was pronounced dead at the scene, Indianapolis Fire Department Battalion Chief Rita Reith told 13News.
