Description
An Indianapolis man is facing an intimidation charge after he allegedly threated to kill immigrants in social media posts.
On Jan. 14, IMPD received a report of threats made through TikTok, which notified the Exigent Threat Research and Analysis Crisis Team within the FBI Operations Center.
According to court documents, the threats began Jan. 12 around 9:45 p.m., and the last threat was posted Jan. 14 shortly before 6:30 a.m.
Court documents reveal some of the written threats included:
- "Come j 20 I will shoot on sight I don’t check IDs so you all are illegal too me."
- "I will be famous for killing the most illegals in one day."
- "I will kill many illegals on January 20."
Detectives identified the threats were made on an account belonging to 58-year-old Preston Pickett.
