Description
The northbound lanes of U.S. 31 were closed north of Westfield due to a deadly crash Thursday afternoon.
The crash happened shortly before 5 p.m. Jan. 23 just north of State Road 38. INDOT cameras showed several emergency vehicles blocking the northbound lanes of traffic and police diverting northbound traffic onto East 216th Street.
