Description

IMPD re-arrested an 18-year-old who was shot inside Castleton Square Mall two days before Christmas. The man was initially arrested on a preliminary charge of felony intimidation with a deadly weapon for his alleged involvement in the shooting. Police told 13News he is not believed to be the shooter, though. (NOTE: 13News has a policy to not name suspects until formal charges have been filed by prosecutors.) On Dec. 30, the Marion County Prosecutor's Office said, "The State does not intend to file any charges against the defendant at this time."
