Costco has issued a recall of some of its Kirkland Signature Severe Cold & Flu Plus Congestion medication over contamination concerns. LNK International Inc, the New York-based manufacturer behind the medication, issued a recall advisory on Jan. 2 "out of an abundance of caution." The recall comes amid an active cold and flu season. The recalled items were sold between Oct. 30 and Nov. 30, 2024, and have a Lot Code of P140082 on the box. Kirkland Signature Severe Cold & Flu Plus Congestion medication is sold in caplets that come in 168-count boxes. The recall advisory did not disclose how many products were affected or if there were any incidents related to the recall.
