Indiana State Police has taken over an investigation after two shooting victims arrived at a local Indianapolis hospital early Thursday morning. Around 1:46 a.m. on Jan. 2, officers responded to a report of a walk-in person shot at Community East Hospital. When officers arrived at the hospital, they found two victims who had been shot, according to IMPD.
