Inside Carmel Fire Station 345 on Saturday, a birthday party was held for one little girl. But she was not there. "There was no dignity on her being left like that," said Linda Znachko of He Knows Your Name. Ten years ago, baby Amelia's body was found by a hiker at Eagle Creek Park. Police say she was wrapped in a sweatshirt, still had the umbilical cord attached and could have only been a day old.
