Police are investigating after one person was killed and three injured in a shooting in Lafayette. The shooting happened Thursday night at the Lafayette Laundry laundromat in the 3100 block of South Street, near North Earl Avenue. Lafayette police officers initially received a report of a man with a gun at the laundromat around 7:40 p.m. Moments later, they received reports that shots had been fired.
