Description
A security camera caught the moment a car was set on fire before blowing up on Indy's east side.
Moments before it happened, another camera shows a man walking down Euclid Avenue near East Washington Street and Emerson Avenue holding a bicycle in one hand and a jug in the other around 4:45 a.m.
Another camera shows him walking up to the SUV, but because of the quality of the video you can't really see what he's doing, until you see the car burst into flames.
