And the winner is...Lula Avery! The 8-year-old won this year's AES Indiana Coloring Contest, and she gets to “flip the switch” for the Downtown Indy, Inc. Circle of Lights. Avery is a third grader at Central Elementary in Plainfield. The selection is made with blind judging where no one see the names of the entries, just the ages.
