As of Nov. 2, IMPD has adjusted the outbound traffic patterns. These patterns will begin around 11 p.m.: - West Street/Washington Street – No S/B traffic. S/B – Traffic will be diverted to W/B Washington Street. - West Street/ Maryland Street – No S/B or E/B at Maryland - All traffic will be diverted N/B on West Street. - Washington Street/Schumacher Way - White River State Park parking lot will be directed to W/B - Washington Street. No S/B traffic onto Schumacher Way to Maryland Street. - Southbound West Street at I-70 W/B - traffic will be forced onto I-70 W/B only. - Madison Avenue/McCarty Street. – S/B only on Madison Avenue.
