Description
IMPD is investigating after a 72-year-old woman was found shot and critically injured in her home on Indy's west side Tuesday morning.
Around 4:30 a.m. Oct. 29, officers responded to a report of a person shot in the 10 block of Digby Court, near Georgetown Road and West 30th Street and just north of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
When police arrived on scene, they found a woman who had been shot. She was taken to a local hospital moments later in critical condition.
Police said no suspect is in custody at this time.
