Police are investigating after a man was found dead with traumatic injuries on Indy's east side Saturday night. IMPD officers were dispatched to the 4100 block of East Washington Street, near North Sherman Drive, on a report of a person down just before 8 p.m. Oct. 26. When officers arrived, they found a man outside with traumatic injuries. Medics arrived at the scene, where they pronounced the victim dead. IMPD homicide detectives responded to the scene to begin the investigation.
