Description

A shooting on Indy's near east side has killed one person Saturday night. According to IMPD, around 10:20 p.m. on Oct. 19, officers were called to the 100 block of North Oxford Avenue, near East Washington Street and North Rural Street, on a report of a person shot. When officers arrived, they found one victim who had been shot. They were taken to an area hospital in critical condition where they later died from their injuries.
