Hail explains the choice behind the name CenterWell. "Because it captures how we care for seniors. The idea of care centered on you is all about getting seniors the time, space, and respect that they deserve. We take into account all aspects of their health: physical, social, and emotional. Because they're all connected."
CenterWell care teams consist of doctors, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, social workers, behavioral health specialists, and nurse care coaches. Hail shares, "We all work together as a team to help take care of each and every patient."
CenterWell Irvington is open and accepting patients, including patients with original Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans.
