A suspect is facing charges in a hit-and-run crash that left an Indianapolis man hospitalized in a coma. Steven Frazier, 53, of Indianapolis, is facing charges of leaving the scene of an accident causing catastrophic injury, obstruction of justice and criminal mischief. On June 27, a warrant was out for Frazier's arrest.
