Description
City leaders say enough is enough after a holiday weekend mass shooting left two teenagers dead and five others hurt in downtown Indianapolis.
In response, City-County Councilor Leroy Robinson (D-District 1) introduced Proposal 232, which would extend curfew hours for minors in Marion County.
"(It's) not about penalties, but first and foremost, I think we're going to do is we'll try to the parents if they are not abiding by the curfew, and if there's multiple violations, we can be able to find them, get them parenting classes," Robinson said.
