Description
The Indiana Attorney General's Office has reportedly requested the Indiana Supreme Court to issue an execution date for a Spencer County man who was sentenced to death in 2007 for the rape and murder of 15-year-old Stacy Payne in 2001.
On Friday, June 27, the Attorney General's Office asked that Roy Lee Ward, now 52, be given an execution date.
