IMPD is investigating following a man's death after he was found shot in "very critical" condition on Indy's east side Monday morning. Around 3:45 a.m. June 30, officers responded to a report of the shooting in the 3500 block of North Butler Avenue, near 38th Street and Emerson Avenue. When police arrived on scene, they found a man who had been shot and described his condition as "very critical." He was taken to a local hospital, where he died from his injuries.
