An Owen County man is accused of sexual misconduct with a student while serving as a school resource officer in Bloomington. Jayson Tatlock, 46, of Spencer, is charged with child seduction as a child care worker, a Level 6 felony, as well as contributing to the delinquency of a minor, battery and furnishing alcohol to a minor, all misdemeanor charges.
