A boy is in critical condition after being shot on the north side of Indianapolis Thursday afternoon. The shooting happened just before 3 p.m. June 19 in the 2300 block of East 46th Street, near Keystone Avenue. The child was taken to the hospital. Police have not determined if the shooting was accidental.
