A 15-year-old accused of raping a 7-year-old on a school bus in central Indiana has now been charged as an adult. A judge in Jennings County waved Landon Doty, of North Vernon, to adult court this past week. Court records show Doty is facing a total of 12 charges: - Two counts of rape - Two counts of attempted rape - Child molesting - Attempted child molesting - Two counts of sexual battery - Two counts of attempted sexual battery - Criminal confinement - Public indecency Doty had an initial hearing on Monday, June 16 and his grandmother was in attendance.
