IMPD is investigating a shooting early Sunday morning that left a man wounded and several downtown Indianapolis businesses damaged. According to a release from IMPD, around 3:51 a.m. on June 15, officers were called to the area of 14 E. Washington St., just south of Monument Circle, on a report of a person shot.
