Description
A 15-year-old accused of raping a 7-year-old on a school bus in central Indiana has now been charged as an adult.
A judge in Jennings County waved Landon Doty, of North Vernon, to adult court this past week.
According to court documents, the victim suffers from "moderate to severe autism" and is non-verbal.
